We are an integral part of HomeGround Real Estate Canberra (HomeGround Strata Services) and we currently manage 12 complexes. This allows us to deliver a more cost effective and personalised service that you perhaps would not receive otherwise. Our Strata Manager manages these complexes and currently has 20 years of experience in strata services, property management and real estate in general. In addition to this, our Strata Manager is currently licensed.

The software system that we utilise is user friendly and by the end of the year, all owners will be able to access their accounts and other documents eg: financial information, statements using the internet via a password. These documents are uploaded into the system; so that owners are able to view specific information relating to their property.

All works carried out on the development are in consultation with the Executive Committee. We have a very dedicated and trustworthy maintenance team, attending to our maintenance requests ensuring works are conducted efficiently and professionally. Additionally, we have an after-hours emergency line 7 days a week, which then allows for any emergencies to be addressed swiftly and in some cases preventing further damage.

Our office is located at Unit 224/29 Braybrooke Street, Bruce and we can provide a meeting room if required – however Annual General Meetings can be held via Microsoft Teams.
